Withdrawal period
You have 14 calendar days from the day after receiving your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase, without having to provide a reason.

After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the product.

We recommend contacting us before sending the parcel so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Condition of returned products
The product must be returned with all of its components and accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging.
You may handle and inspect the product in the same way as you would reasonably be able to do in a physical store.
However, you may be held responsible for any reduction in the product’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Please include the receipt or other proof of purchase, where possible.
Return costs
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Volta Mobiles cannot be held responsible for a returned parcel that does not reach us.
If the product received is defective, damaged, does not match the order or was sent in error, the return costs will be covered by Volta Mobiles.
Defective, damaged or incorrect products
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If the product is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at eshop@voltamobiles.com, including your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and its packaging.
We will review your request and provide you with the necessary instructions to resolve the issue.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, in accordance with the exceptions provided for under applicable law.
This exception does not apply to standard products purchased as part of a promotion or at a discounted price.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
To receive a different model or colour, you may return the product concerned in accordance with this policy and then place a new order.
Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, we will refund all amounts due, including the initial standard delivery costs.
Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option offered will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Once we have issued the refund, the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or card issuer.
