Article 1. Purpose

These terms of sale aim to define the contractual relations between VOLTA Mobiles and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.voltamobiles.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unconditional acceptance by the buyer of these terms of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the site www.voltamobiles.com is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and on the other hand to have full legal capacity, allowing him to commit to these general terms of sale. VOLTA Mobiles reserves the right to modify these terms of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. Article 2. Products

The products sold on www.voltamobiles.com are described as accurately as possible. However, minor variations (non-contractual photos) may exist. The products are available while stocks last. In the event of a shortage, VOLTA Mobiles will inform the Customer as soon as possible.

Article 3. Rates

The prices listed on the product sheets of the online catalog are prices in Euros (€) including all taxes (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. VOLTA Mobiles reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the order.

Article 4. Order and payment terms

Before placing an order, the buyer must create an account on the website www.voltamobiles.com. The account creation section is accessible directly from the side menu bar. At each visit, the buyer, if he wishes to order or consult his account (order status, profile, etc.), must identify himself using this information.

The Customer selects the products he wishes to order in the "basket", modifies if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the Customer, as well as the name of the carrier. The Customer can opt for secure payment by credit card. VOLTA Mobiles retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, including principal, costs and taxes.

Article 6. Withdrawal

The buyer has a period of 14 working days from delivery of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.

Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale and complete, in their packaging. The order number as well as the Customer's wish regarding the outcome (refund or exchange) must be attached to the returned products.

Article 7. Delivery

7.1. Delivery costs

The Products are deliverable in the European Union, the United States, Canada and other specific countries. The Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering; it is the Customer's responsibility to check the validity of this address. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer. They vary depending on the weight and destination of the package and are indicated when confirming the order. Customs fees are not the responsibility of VOLTA Mobiles. The Customer must inquire about them before placing any order.

7.2. Delivery times

Delivery times are mentioned on the website page describing the item and also appear in the order confirmation email.

Shipping times are 1 to 4 working days, from receipt of the price, for products in stock.

7.3. Delivery methods

Generally the products are sent by UPS, but Volta Mobiles reserves the right to choose among its partner carriers. The company VOLTA Mobiles can provide the buyer by e-mail with the tracking number of his package.

The usual delivery time of our partner carriers is 2 to 7 working days.

Delivery times are given for information purposes only. The Customer is delivered to the delivery address indicated. In the event of absence, the Customer will receive a delivery notice which will allow him to collect the products ordered from a collection point or to reorganize the delivery, during a period indicated by the carrier. It is advisable to check the contents of the package in the presence of the carrier.

VOLTA Mobiles declines all responsibility related to possible delays, theft, loss or damage to the package during transport. The risks related to transport are the responsibility of the Customer from the moment the items leave the premises of the VOLTA Mobiles company.

Article 8. Warranty

All goods supplied by VOLTA Mobiles benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects.

In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, the Customer may return it, VOLTA Mobiles will proceed either to an exchange or a refund.

Article 9. Liability

VOLTA Mobiles, in the distance selling process, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be incurred for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.
